So far, there is no real financial education in Germany
Currently, good money management is a topic that is not taken into account in the German education system and is not passed on systematically even informally. It is therefore highly likely that many of your female employees have not specifically learned how to handle money. At the same time, many women are finally becoming aware that they have special challenges when it comes to wealth.
Our experience shows: Most women want to take more responsibility for their money matters, but simply don’t know exactly how or where to start. Often, they have no direct contact person to whom they can ask their questions in a safe environment. What remains is uncertainty and no focused money management or poor money management due to inaction.
Help your female employees now to make the most of their salary and offer them a way to finally get (independent!) answers to their questions about their individual financial investments.

What our clients say
Anna Fromme-Schoen, Head of Business Financing Solutions, Paypal
We had commissioned the workshop “Achieving Financial Independence” from FinMarie. The workshop was very professionally prepared as well as conducted and followed up. We can highly recommend the cooperation with FinMarie in the area of personnel development!
Many thanks to Karolina and Caroline. We invited them to an event for freelancers in the art sector and got a lot of know-how and great tips. Our participants were thrilled. I can highly recommend FinMarie.
The workshop Karolina held with us was wonderful! Her workshop was uplifting, full of useful, practical knowledge and it encouraged us all to finally get our fingers ‘dirty’. Karolina has a great way of making us aware that personal financial management is far less complicated than it seems, and that we are all the ones capable of determining our own financial future.
FAQ about financial workshops
Depending on the topic and level of knowledge of the participants, one or even two training days usually have the most effective impact, since they also offer the most scope for individual focus areas. Nonetheless, it is clear that it often takes a bit of convincing that this topic is worth the time that is invested by the organisation. That is why we also offer intensive half-day or even 2-hour formats. We would be happy to work with you to find a solution that fits your organisation and goals.
The cost of the workshop depends on the length of the workshop chosen. All workshops are for a maximum of 20 participants including Online Tools & Documents, plus usual travel expenses for the speakers. We can offer workshop for a higher number of participants on request.

Our male colleagues could use the knowledge from the workshop too … are they allowed to participate?
We would be happy to create an agenda that includes an offer for both your male and female employees. The workshops for women are “women only” with a good reason and with a clear conscience – mansplaining and only subtle gender issues can be comfortably excluded. This gives your employees the freedom they need to approach the topic, which is still sensitive to many.
