McKinsey estimates that women working at their full potential could add up to $ 53.3 trillion to annual global GDP by 2025. Now, that makes for one <strong>women\u2019s financial virtue<\/strong> there, doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n<p>By now, smart companies have figured out that <a href=\"https:\/\/finmarie.com\/blog\/does-the-gender-pay-gap-influence-how-women-negotiate-salary\/\">women deserve a raise<\/a> not because it\u2019s fair, but also because women bring qualities that make companies more innovative and show higher stockholder returns.<\/p>\n<p>During rounds of research for <a href=\"https:\/\/mindthegaphub.com\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mind the Gap<\/a>, we interviewed many women.
