Founded in 2018, we are a Berlin-based startup offering a truly holistic approach to financial health for women—moving beyond simple financial well-being.
We provide a comprehensive 360° package of fintech tools and personalized coaching. Our services include a Robo-Advisor for portfolio management, an online Investment Academy, tailored coaching, and in-depth training programs designed to empower women at every stage of their financial journey.
Coming from a 15+ years background in banking and finance, Karolina Decker had noticed the massive lack of know-how and genuine support for women and how they manage and invest their money. She got into action and, in the meanwhile, has built a whole array of companies, brands and initiatives that, at the core, are about one topic: Financial Literacy and Closing the Gender Wealth Gap.
As a mother of three kids, she is inspired by how to shape their future every day. She is known for her amazing ability to focus, share power, and enable other women.
In addition to her professional work, Karolina is the President and Co-Founder of Mind the Gap Ngo., a nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the wealth, income, and knowledge gap through empowering educational events.
Since August 2017, Mind the Gap has been organizing events for women eager to learn more about their finances. The “Women & Wealth” meetups and seminars have now expanded to an international audience. With a community of over 3,000 women and growing, Mind the Gap continues to empower women through financial education and support.
Karolina is also a Co-Founder and CPO of SchulGold: A financial education platform for kids and teens offering high-quality courses on all financial topics in German and English. SchulGold specializes in financial wellness and online financial literacy programs for German schools, focusing on everyday financial skills, health insurance, and financial products.
